Under the auspices of the Georgian Farmers’ Association, two training sessions were organized in the last quarter of 2025 as part of the “Capacitated Agricultural Practices and Consumer Awareness (CAPCA)” project.
Study Visit to the Netherlands
The Georgian Farmers’ Association and within the framework of the Capacitated Agricultural Practices and Consumer Awareness (CAPCA) project, six dairy farmers participated in a study visit to the Netherlands organized by HollandDoor.
During the visit, farmers gained an in-depth understanding of modern Dutch dairy sector practices, engaged with leading experts, and discussed export opportunities as well as the role of the GeoGAP standard in enhancing food safety and product quality.
Participants visited various dairy farms to observe effective on-site models for optimizing daily farm management. Using Dutch best practices as an example, they clearly saw the strong link between animal welfare, health management, feeding, and high-quality milk production.

Five project participants of Capacitated Agricultural Practices and Consumer Awareness (CAPCA) attended the international food industry exhibition in Paris, France.
FI Europe 2025 is one of the largest global exhibitions and business platforms that unite producers, innovators, scientists, and enterprises to foster cooperation in the food sector.
This event provided an excellent opportunity for our organization and farmers to establish international partnerships, acquire hands-on knowledge on current market trends, and learn about innovative technologies.
