On May 9, the Georgian Farmers’ Association (GFA) was represented at the Europe Day celebration with two booths and a variety of activities.
At our booth, visitors had the opportunity to participate in a cow-milking simulation and honey labeling activities.
For the youngest visitors, we had arranged a coloring corner and a waste separation activity.
In addition, the Chairperson of the Georgian Farmers’ Association, Nino Zambakhidze, shared her experience during a panel discussion on the topic: “EU Support in Practice – Everyday Opportunities for the People of Georgia.”
Other representatives of GFA also appeared on stage.
The Deputy Chair of GFA, Rati Kochlamazashvili, spoke about “Establishing Producer Organizations in Georgia.”
Project Manager Nino Jibuti and Certification Specialist Ilia Kunchulia summarized important achievements of the EU-supported project “Improved Agricultural Practices and Consumer Awareness (CAPCA).”
