Tamar Lasurashvili
Head of the department since 2021. She has 14 years of experience in the private sector in human resources management. She is also the founder of HR Association and mentor of HR Hub Next. Bachelor of Management of Caucasus University Business School; She holds a double master’s degree in international business management (CU – Grenoble Ecole de Management (Grenoble Graduate School of Business)). She has completed a number of international and local certification courses, is a certified trainer and CEB Global (SHL) competency assessment specialist. She is an invited lecturer of the master’s program of the Caucasus University.

Dali (Dako) Barjadze
Since 2021, Dali Barjadze has been serving as the HR Lead and Gender Focal Point at the Georgian Farmers’ Association (GFA), where she oversees the core functions of human resource management and actively coordinates gender-related initiatives. In this role, she regularly conducts awareness-raising activities on employee rights and the prevention of gender-based violence, ensuring that the organization fosters an inclusive and safe work environment.
Dali brings a diverse professional background, having worked in the business sector as a recruiter at Adjara Group, as well as a consultant on international and local projects including GARA, AgroDuo, and WWF.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Caucasus School of Law (CSL) and has completed multiple professional certification programs, including HR Management at BDO Academy, the Recruiting Academy’s Ultimate Guide to Sourcing in the 21st Century, Psychology of Management at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA), International HR Management at Behavance Georgia, Organizational Management, and UN Global Compact – Business Transparency and Compliance.
Additionally, Dali is a graduate of the international MASHAV exchange program, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and international collaboration.
