Nino Zambakhidze

Nino Zambakhidze is a Chairwoman of Georgian Farmers’ Association. Since 2013 she has been holding the position of agricultural advisor at Partnership Fund. From 2008 she was an Executive Director of Agro Complex LTD “Georgian Business Zone. In 2010 Nino founded “Regional Development Association”. She was awarded a National Business Award – “Merkuri 2011” as the honorable title of “Woman Entrepreneur of the Year”. She is the first woman leader, who has the honor of being a coordinator of the organization – “Invest in Future” created under Hilary Clinton`s Patronage, since 2012. In 2017 Nino was nominated as a Young Global Leader at World Economic Forum. Nino is a Master`s Graduate in Business Administration of Grenoble High School.  She is also an international Master`s Graduate of Caucasus University. In 2016 Nino was named as Entrepreneur of the year by Grenoble Economic School. She has undertaken a Stanford University Leadership course – “Public Policy in Developing Private Sector”.

Tamar Toria

Tamar Toria has been holding the position of Executive Director at the Georgian Farmers’ Association (GFA) since January 2015. She is responsible for general operations of the organization, its advocacy mandate, as well as fundraising and overall supervision of donor-funded projects within GFA. She represents GFA and its member farmers at different working groups and boards and carries forward key messages respectively.

Prior to joining the Association, Tamar has worked on economic development and agriculture programs in the Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia and with different donor organizations such as DfID, MCC, USAID, and others.

Tamar graduated from Tbilisi I. Chavchavadze State Institute of Foreign Languages and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Georgian-American Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). She has obtained numerous certificates from various courses both at home and abroad and is currently pursuing Mastery of Management Graduate Diploma program in Corporate Strategy & Planning at International Cambridge College.

Giorgi Noniashvili

Giorgi Noniashvili has been holding the position of Deputy Chairman at Georgian Farmers’ Association (GFA) since 2016. He is responsible for supervising young farmers. In 2007 Giorgi founded distribution company “Kingsfer Georgia”, in 2012-2014 he held the position of the corporate banker at “BTA Bank”. In 2015 he moved to private sector – Enterpreneur`s Development Agency, where  he participated in implementing the MOeS   – Supporting Micro and Small enterpreneurs Support Project

Giorgi is a Masters Graduate of Black Sea University. He has also undertaken a Stanford University Leadership course – “Public Policy in Developing Private Sector”.

Natia Ninikelashvili

Natia joined GFA team in 2018 as Projects Manager. Together with 15 years’ financial experience she has entrepreneurial experience as well. Natia is the founder of Georgian innovative platform “Soplidan.ge”. She is MBA graduate of Caucasus University.

Tamta Mamulaidze

Tamta joined GFA team in 2017.  She holds the position of Project Manager of Mobile Application – “Agronavti”. Tamta is engaged in the following activities:  managing, controlling and developing the application, web-site and electronic platform. Tamta has working experience in public sector and 8 years’ experience on managerial position.

Tamta is Masters graduate of Ilia State University. She holds young trainer`s status. Tamta is currently studying PhD in Technical University.

Saba Meskhi

Saba joined GFA team in 2017. Before becoming a Senior Certification Specialist in 2018, he held the position of FASSI (Food and Agriculture SME Supportive Initiative) Project Coordinator. In 2012-2017 Saba worked in National Food Agency in the Department of International Relations.

Saba has a BA in International Relations of Georgian-American Humanitarian University. Besides, he is a Masters Graduate of Food Technology of the Agricultural University of Georgia.

Ana Tsverianashvili

Ana joined GFA team in 2014 as a financial officer. She has several years of financial experience in audit company – “Royal Audit”. She holds BA degree in Public Administration of Technical University. She took financial courses in Georgian Professional accountants and audits federation.

Anna Nizharadze

Anna joined GFA team in 2017 as an intern. She worked in the project – Work Based Learning as a project assistant. Since 2018 Anna has been working for the project –  SAY YES – Strategic Actions for Youth – A Programme for Youth Employability and Skill Development, as project coordinator.  She has a BA degree in Public Management (GIPA).

Ilia Kunchulia

Ilia joined GFA team in 2018 as a certification specialist. He cooperates with international organizations and is involved in scientific research projects in the fields of environment and agriculture. Ilia has participated in various training courses, conferences and events in Holland, Poland, Canada and South Africa. In 2018 he participated in SDG innovation laboratory (UNLEASH).

Ilia is Masters graduate of Agricultural University and currently is a PhD student of Agricultural Sciences. Ilia is a co-author of research papers and scientific publications.

Giorgi Ninua

Giorgi Ninua joined GFA tem in 2017. He holds the position of procurement and logistics assistant. Giorgi has a BA degree in Business Administration of Tourism Business School.

Natia Grigolia

Natia has been working on the position of accountant since 2012. She has graduated from Tbilisi Technical University.

David Mamulashvili

David has been working on the position of financial officer since 2016, He has several years’ experience in finances. In 2016-2017 he worked as an audit in various companies. David is a certified audit and founder of one of the audit companies.

Natia Mskhiladze

Natia joined GFA team in 2018 as  a Communication Manager. She is a BA graduate of technical university in the field of journalism. She also has a certified diploma in PR and marketing

Tea Japaridze

Tea joined GFA team in 2017 as HR Manager. In 2007-2009 she worked for the EU Child Welfare Reform Project as a project coordinator. In 2009 she worked in the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. In 2010-2011 Tea worked as an assistant to EU expert in various projects.

Tea is BA graduate of Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Western-European Languages and Literature. Currently, she is studying a Master’s program in Management of Human Resources in Cambridge International University. (Distant Learning)
