Discussion – Involvement of small and family farms in state programs

With the support of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), a discussion on the involvement of small and family farms in the State Rural and Agricultural Program under the ongoing project “Strong Associations – Strong Advocates” was held, which was attended by representatives of the Georgian Farmers Association, Rural Development Agency, Enterprise Georgia, Regional Agritourism Association, Elkana and the Georgian Floriculture Association

The purpose of the discussion was to improve the involvement of small farmers in state programs for rural and agricultural development. Increase the benefits of engagement.

The parties presented recommendations regarding the inclusion of small and family farms in the state programs of agriculture and farming.
